Position: House Manager / Household Assistant (Bali)
Location: Buwit, Bali

Work format: Usually live-out, but must be able to stay in the house when the family travels (overnight / live-in when needed)

About the household

We are a small family living in a large house in Bali with four dogs and one cat. The animals are friendly — but yes, the dogs bark (they take home security very seriously).

We are looking for a local Indonesian house manager / household assistant who can help keep the home running smoothly, support with daily tasks, and take loving care of our pets—especially when we travel.

Key responsibilities

1) Housekeeping & daily home upkeep

• Keep the house clean, tidy, and comfortable day-to-day (basic cleaning, organizing, laundry support).
• When needed (deep cleaning / events), arrange extra cleaning help and supervise the work.

2) Pet care (4 dogs + 1 cat)

• Take loving everyday care of the pets: feed them, give fresh water, clean up after them, and make sure they’re safe and happy.

3) Home management & coordination

• Notice problems early and get them fixed (repairs, maintenance).
• Hire and coordinate workers/contractors when needed (cleaners, gardener, pool maintenance, technicians).
• Important: You will be our single point of contact for anything household-related — we communicate with you, and you coordinate everyone else directly.

4) Online ordering, deliveries & logistics

• Order household items online and arrange deliveries/pickups.
